The funeral prayer of a renowned television artiste, comedian and compere Moin Akhter will be offered after Zohar prayers in a Mosque near his residence. He will be buried in Model Colony graveyard in Malir.Moin Akhtar, aged 60, passed away in Karachi after suffering a heart attack on Friday afternoon. Moin Akhtar also demonstrated his calibre in realms of fine arts. As a comedian he had won recognition at international level for his unique style.He leaves behind his wife, three daughters and two sons to mourn his death.He died at around 6:15 pm at the Combined Military Hospital in Malir Cantonment where he was admitted after suffering heart attack in the morning.The legendary television and stage actor was also a playwright, singer, and producer who made his debut from Pakistan Television.
